Good organizational reasons for "bad" clinic records

This contribution deals with the hypothesis that the contents of clinic folders are collected with regard to the possibility that the clinician-patient relationship may have to be constructed as having been in accord with expectations of sanctionable performances. This provides "bad clinic records" for "good reasons".
