摘要：
Sufficient capital is important to the real estate industry, which is a typical capital-intensive industry. Effectively solving the financing problems is the guarantee of industry sound development. Based on a comprehensive analysis of real estate industrial characteristics and related factors which have a great effect on financing problems, this paper study the current financing constraints and try to put forward some suggestions on the establishment of financing strategy for real estate enterprises.
