摘要
The export and maritime transportation of high-tech product, as a factor to evaluate CSTI (competitiveness of science technology and innovation), has always been regarded as a general indicator, and not been paid enough attention. The traditional approach usually collects related factors of CSTI as much as possible, and the weight difference of each factor is not significant or even considered equally. By the approach of Principal Component Analysis, this paper reduces the number of factors of CSTI, and discover that the export and transportation of high-tech products has significant influence on Regional CSTI. Finally, the paper evaluates the regional CSTI of China based on the indicators including high-tech product exports and transportation.
