摘要
A superhydrophobic paper with excellent robustness was prepared by roll coating with micro/nano Sio(2) modified with gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane as pigments and epoxy resin as adhesive. The coated surfaces exhibited excellent superhydrophobicity, antifouling and self-cleaning performances. Furthermore, the mechanical wear-resisting of the superhydrophobic surface was greatly improved. The entire production process was operated in an appropriate environment, without complex instruments, and as such, has the possibility for large-scale production and application in industry.
