摘要
Reconstruction of the mandibular deficiences with alloplastic materials is sometimes required when the bone structure is involved in pathology or trauma. The optimal reconstruction of the mandible is still controversial in literature. This paperwork presents alloplastic bone replacement with titanium plates as the ultimate solution for reconstructing after the extended resection of the mandible.
