摘要
The paper presents the results of studies into physical-chemical and electrophysical properties of alloys of the (2Bi(2)O(3)center dot B2O3)(100-x) - (2 Bi2O3 center dot 3GeO(2))(x) system. Frequency dependences of electrical impedance (R), dielectric permittivity (epsilon') and dielectric losses (tg sigma) in alternating current and different temperatures were studied. It found that in samples the conductivity is mainly hopping conductivity with lengths varied between localized states.
