摘要：
This paper describes work on the use of mobile agents in synthetic environments to alleviate problems inherent in the nature of large distributed simulators. The area considered in this paper is the testing of networks used to broadcast simulation data. A mobile agent scheme to carry out a comprehensive set of tests is described, and possible extensions for use with HLA systems are also considered.
