摘要
Direct detection of human serum proteins after gel electrophoresis is achieved by a CdTe quantum dot (QD)-based fluorescence imaging technique. Compared with staining methods, it offers higher sensitivity and resolution, and is resistant to photobleaching and photo- or chemical degradation. © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA Weinheim.
