摘要：

Knowledge sharing of industrial clusters that are geographically trust based is the core of business innovation. Companies in the cluster have similar desires and expectations for knowledge sharing. However, the emerging of "free-riding" can weaken the desire for knowledge sharing in innovative industrial. The key to succeed in the knowledge sharing of industrial clusters that are geographically trust based is to invest in credibility. We should promote corporation to benefit each other's business in enterprise culture, and change any negatives of knowledge sharing into a positive one. So that the Companies in the cluster can increase productivities for a long run and sustain competitive advantage.
