摘要：

The Web has become the universal medium of interactions between distributed entities. It is changing the way virtual enterprises are being represented from the traditional single entity to a collaboration of Web accessible services called Web services. Web services are enabling virtual enterprises by integrating partners from across organizational boundaries. These enterprises will evolve over time by automatically managing changes in their environment. In this paper, we present a change management approach for virtual enterprises on the Semantic Web. We combine Web services, ontologies, and agents to cater for the management of changes.
