Practice Research on Theme-based Learning in Cultivation of Skilled Talents

摘要
The typical characteristics of skilled talents are studied and the concept, property and characteristics of theme-based learning as well as its advantages in independence, inquiry and knowledge correlation compared with traditional teaching are elaborated in the paper. The theme-based learning is found to be suitable for the cultivation of skilled talents and a practice research along the way of thinking is conducted by taking the cultivation of electronic design talents as an example to elaborate its design concept, analysis of learning task and teaching instruction strategy with this real teaching case and also to show the thinking mode and process of design case. Finally, the unique feature and significant teaching effect of the teaching mode are proved with teaching effect survey by questionnaire.
