摘要
In modern military system, how to effectively detect and track multiple maneuvering targets has become a critical research topic. Traditional techniques which only use a single sensor are not work well. This paper proposed a fusion system for maneuvering target detection and tracking. The key techniques and algorithms in this fusion system are discussed. These techniques can be divided into three aspects: sensor management, target detection and tracking algorithms and multi-sensor fusion. Because the target signals received by sensors may be weakor submerged in a large number of clutters, the tracking-before-detection method is introduced in our fusion system, which does better tracking performance compared with traditional target tracking methods.
