摘要
The problem of this paper is that the methodics (didactics) of teaching mathematics is a problem in and of itself. This has been directly or indirectly discussed in previous conferences, therefore this time we shall address only two aspects of the methodics of teaching mathematics, namely, - the role of word problem in studies of mathematics, forming awareness of mathematics as a system and a process, opportunities for justification of mathematical operations' execution algorithms, ensuring an understanding of mathematics as a united system rather than as a collection of isolated facts.
