摘要：
Technology Integration (TI) refers to a new form of corporate technology innovation, and it interacts with corporate strategic integration, organizational change and knowledge integration. Knowledge integration is the core of TI, as well as the basis of the success of TI. In this paper the authors study the methods, processes and influential factors of knowledge integration in TI, also discuss knowledge management strategy to realize knowledge integration.
