摘要
Aim The common multi-user talk software needs separate server It is not convenient when used in emergency communication system We concentrate the independence server in common multi-user talk system, which saves the network resource by putting server and user into one software, and improves the quality of the communication by using the voice activity detection (VAD) and noise suppression technique It has 8KHz voice quality, which achieves telephone voice quality And It only takes 15M system RAM when in use This solution completely satisfies the requirement of emergency communication
