摘要：
Flow behavior of gas assisted injection molding process was explained with the relations between variables; resin flow length, cross section area of cavity, melt temperature, and short shot. Channel layout design concept for a television cabinet was described with the concept of spill-over, in-article spill-over, primary gas channel, unintentional gas channel, and secondary channel.
