A novel calibration method for current-induced wavelength shift of a laser diode

摘要
In this paper, a novel method for calibration of the current-induced optical wavelength shift in the laser diode interferometer is presented. The spatial synchronous phase measurement technique is developed for phase shift measurement. Two optical path differences in the unbalanced Michelson interferometer are independently introduced in order to calibrate the current-wavelength tuning rate of laser diodes.
