摘要
A differential stacked reduced surface-wave microstrip antenna is proposed. A design principle is summarized to ensure the antenna that can reduce surface-wave excitation at least for the thin substrate. Based on the proposed principle, the differential stacked reduced surface-wave microstrip antenna is designed and fabricated. Measured results show that the lateral radiation level of the E-plane radiation pattern of the differential stacked reduced surface-wave microstrip antenna can be decreased to -40 dB.
