摘要
The paper presents design and performance of a Data Acquisition System for PET Scanner. This System uses dual integration time to determine energy deposited in an 8x8 array of BGO crystals. Measurements and Monte-Carlo studies shows that our approach provides a significant improvement to the count rate capability of a detector at the cost of a very small increase in the number events which have assigned to a wrong crystal.
