摘要:
This paper presents the results of modeled investigations of a developed sewage sludge (biosolids) plasma treatment complex. This includes a multistage plasma sewage gasifier, high-efficient heat recovery system, and power generation unit based on a gas engine. Investigations of the treatment complex efficiency are carried out, critical parameters of the process, including specific power consumptions for the own needs, are defined for operation on sewage sludge with 24.6% humidity. Obtained results are planned to be used for the plasma gasifier geometry optimization and further system prototyping.
