摘要：

Here is presented our experience in complete arterial revascularization with bilateral internal mammary arteries (IMA) and gastroepiploic artery (GEA). Three vessels disease patients operated on in the last four years either in elective or in a urgent setting are reported. We evaluated our results to establish the safety and efficacy of arterial grafting in coronary circulation.
