摘要
The mechanical properties of boron steel 22MnB5 are determined by its microstructure, and the microstructural features mainly include phase fraction and grain size. The property control of hot stamped parts based on the grain size was studied in the following experiments. The effect of heating temperature and dwell time on grain size of boron steel was analyzed so that the heating parameters could be determined according to the required grain size. The effect of grain size on the strength and elongation properties was researched as well in order to allow property control by adjusting the grain size.
