Precise and Rapid Positioning of Mark Point Based on the Arc Projection Algorithm

摘要
The existingalgorithm of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) circuit board in high-speed SMT production is not so precise and rapid. Thus, a new mark point positioning algorithm based on arc projection was proposed to solve precise and rapid positioning in SMT circuit board in this study. Template matching algorithm is replaced by arc projection algorithm in the precise and rapid positioning. Arc projection algorithm including arc projection calculation, projection difference, the difference smoothing, extreme value point screening, binary K-means clustering and ransac fitting. The algorithm implementequick fitting for the mark point, so as to realize the accurate location of the mark point.
