摘要
With the continuous development of multimedia technology, multimedia resources are increasing, but the effective management of multimedia resources system is still very little. In this paper, a multimedia resource management and distribution system based on relational database was proposed. The related concepts and theories were expounded, and the test data of the system were analyzed. The results show that the multimedia resource management and distribution system based on relational database has many advantages, such as the effective management of multimedia resources, the support of various types of multimedia, the fast access speed, simple operation and so on, which can lay the foundation for the development of multimedia resource management and distribution.
