Global Natural Resources Management in Modern Conditions

The paper proves that uniqueness of the distribution of world natural resources involves the fact that the geography of natural resource-producing countries and 'consumer' countries does not coincide; this situation generates conflicts and struggles over natural resources, speculation in financial markets. At the same time, the modern system of natural resource management is not effective enough to overcome resource limitations. One of the main tasks in the field of construction of an alternative natural resource management system is ensuring environmental safety; ensuring sustainable economic growth of developing countries.
