摘要
In order to improve the levels of test and analysis of tire noise and to design low-noise tire meeting the relevant requirements, noise test study is necessary. Laboratory tire noise test method is used. By, comparing and analyzing the 1/3 octave band spectrum diagram and histogram of tire noise measured in different directions, the author finds that the sound emitted by tire thread, is similar to that of loudspeaker, showing strong directivity. In order to solve the problem of differences between the actually measured noise spectrum curve of tire and the spectrum curve of low-noise tire, the author proposes an analysis and calculation method based on fuzzy set and establishes the target spectrum curve of low-noise tire, which provide a practical solution for design optimization of low-noise tire.
