摘要：
This paper identifies the risk of the co-manufacturing in the virtual enterprise via the value chain theory and obtains the key risk factors; secondly, the risk evaluation model of the co-manufacturing based on the risk four-attributes is proposed and the weights of the risk four-attributes in the entropy coefficient and A.I.Klee method are obtained; and then, based on the investigation, each risk factor and risk degree are evaluated via fuzzy evaluation method; Finally, based on the voting theory the risk sequencing of co-manufacturing is discussed.
