GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL SECURITY ENVIRONMENT. CULTURAL CHALLENGE FOR INTERNATIONAL SECURITY

Today the international security has to deal with a big variety of challenges going from the political, economic field to cultural one. The ample and complex activity's success related to these defiances is strongly dependent by the efforts concentrated on international community, such as state actors (the word's states) and non-state actors (international organizations and organism, multinational societies, diverse regional organizations). Through this study I want to present to you the main characteristics of security environment and the most interesting challenge for international security, such as cultural one. If, not very long time ago, the international security's implications had only military, political, economic and social ones, now these imply the cultural one which is associated with two aspects: the culture's impact on international security and the existence and nonexistence of a security's culture.
