摘要：
In the presence of amines under mild conditions, beta-N-(methacryloylcarbamoythioyl) isonicotinohydrazide underwent intramolecular heterocyclization to give alpha-N-(5-methyl-4-oxo-5,6-dihydro4H-1,3-thiazin-2-yl) isonicotinohydrazide, the spatial structure was confirmed by X-ray crystallography.
