摘要
We report here a one-step synthesis of [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-d][1,4]benzodiazepin 4, 5, and [1,2] oxazolo[5,4,b][1,4]benzodiazepine 6-8 by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitrilimines and nitrile oxides with the benzodiazepine 3.
