Research on the Evaluation System on the quality of the public service based on Fuzzy Integral

This thesis first describes the method of the quality of the public service. And according to the characteristics and the attributes of the evaluation for the public service this thesis put forward the corresponding index system of evaluation. Based on the existing problems with the current evaluation system for the quality of public service this paper introduces the method of Choquest fuzzy integral. Through an example this thesis demonstrates the application of this method in the evaluation for the quality of public service. The method can not only help experts make a directly-perceived qualitative evaluation based on the qualitative criteria, but also solve the existing problem of correlation between currently-used criterions
