摘要
Indonesian Migrant Worker has created significant economic contributions to the country. They have potential role in creating entrepreneurship. This study would explore about how the entrepreneurial intention of the Indonesian Return Migrant were formed when they build a business. Moreover, the study wants to find how the entrepreneurial purpose and usage of remittance can influence the entrepreneurship behavior of Indonesian Return Migrant. Based on interview and focus group The study involved 34 Indonesian Return Migrants from three provinces that become the main sources of Indonesian Migrant Worker, namely East Java, Central Java, and West Java. We have found some relevant entrepreneurial intention factors, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and educational factors. The remittance benefits earned by the Indonesian Return Migrant were used for investment, asset, saving, helping families, and making business. Moreover, it was found that entrepreneurship intention and remittance beneficial have a contribution in supporting entrepreneurship behavior of the Indonesian Return Migrant.
