摘要
2 W of single-frequency output at 589 run was demonstrated using second-harmonic generation of a highly-strained InGaAs quantum well optically-pumped semiconductor laser. The linewidth measurement was limited by the 5-MHz resolution of the equipment. (C)2009 Optical Society of America
