The management system of mass customization operation management based on the concept of the chain

As a kind of tendency production model to substitute the mass production, mass customization is referring to have individual mass production to customized products and services. This paper has analyzed in the following three aspects: First of all, based on the studies of characteristic of the mass customization, it points out the new problems faced by the traditional operation management system when dealing with the mode; Secondly, it gives out the concepts and principles of the chain management based on chain; At last, it utilizes this idea to point out management consideration to the basic problems of mass customization operation system-management problems of quality, cost and delivery date.
