A production logistics management system for mass customization

摘要
Based on the analysis on the core strategy of mass customization, this paper firstly constructed a production logistics control model, which is an integrated application of group technology and production process flow information management, and takes customer order discoupling point (CODP) as differentiate point Secondly, it reorganized the production process to adapt mass customization, and proposed a production logistics management model for mass customization. Thirdly, the paper suggested a production plan method based on this model using topological classification theory, which made the production logistics management model more applicable. Finally, we constructed a production logistics management system for mass customization combined with specific practical application, which has achieved good effect in practice.
