摘要
With the continuous development and progress of the society, human resources management, as an important social resource, is drawing increasing attention from each stratum in the society. Effective human resources management has become a key to organization's development and success. The Non-profit organization as a form of social organization, if it wants to seek the development in transitional period of China, must take the human resources as organization's strategic resources to have an effective management and the development. Therefore, this paper analyses human resource management problems of the current non-profit organizations in China, and then attempts to solve them from the following aspects: first, we should develop good internal and external environment to attract talented people; second, we should establish various management measures to improve the efficiency; third, we should creates individual development space to keep the talented people.
