摘要
The forests all over the globe have been decreasing rapidly due to increasing human activities. As a result of this, animal attacks in human territory, that is villages, towns and even cities have increased considerably in the past few decades. Furthermore, there has been a drastic increase in illegal human activities like poaching. Forest rangers can cover only a limited area due to inaccessibility and lack of necessary equipment. Hence, we have aimed at creating an efficient forest monitoring system. The forest monitoring system will monitor the conditions suitable for animals and collect data such as temperature, humidity, entry and exit of animals and humans in the forest. The thermal imaging camera is used to collect thermal images of animals and various areas of the forest. This will help in detecting forest fires as well.
