Modelling and simulation of nonholonomic multibody systems

摘要：
A general and efficient method, called projection method, for modelling and simulation of nonholonomic systems is developed. The method is based on a geometric approach, which, compared with the other methods of mechanics, augments the physical understanding of the constrained system problems and leads to many simplifications in the mathematical description. Misconceptions and voids in the theory of nonholonomic systems are discussed.
