摘要
In the era of big data, electronic health records contain a lot of information that can be used, diagnosed, predicted and medicated, but also contain a lot of private information. Therefore, it has received attention from all sides. This paper takes the privacy protection of electronic health records as the main research object, and tries to find solutions to the privacy problems existing in the process of electronic health records management in China, hoping that it can provide some valuable references for the smooth development of electronic health records management in China. The main research content of this paper can be divided into three parts. Firstly, the definition of the basic concept of electronic health records and the clarification of its connotation and composition. Second, the privacy risk analysis of electronic health records, mainly from the personnel level, technical level as well as the legal and management level to analyze the current state of privacy protection of electronic health records and its shortcomings in privacy protection in China. Third, the privacy protection of electronic health records, this part mainly proposes recommendations for improvement based on the problems existing in the privacy protection of electronic health records.
