摘要
Milking ability of 53 heifers and 106 multiparous cows was estimated. The aim of the studies was to analyze the relationship between milking speed and somatic cell count, daily milk yield, fat and protein content in milk samples from experimental milking. It was discovered that higher milking speed was associated with a significantly lower somatic cell count, and also (in the case of multiparous cows) with a higher daily milk yield. This relationship can be used both in the improvement of the production traits and the health condition of udder, and in consequence to influence the hygienic quality of the yield milk.
