摘要
The CdSiO3:Bi3+ Dy3+ phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction and their persistent luminescence properties were investigated under ultraviolet light excitation at 233 and 274nm. The results showed that the CdSiO3:Bi3+, Dy3+ phosphors presented 360 nm ultraviolet persistent luminescence from Bi" and typical line emissions from Dy3+. By Bi3+ or Dy3+ doping, the persistent luminescence property of CdSiO3:Bi3+, Dy3+ phosphor exhibited different emission behavior. The increasing of persistent duration from Dy3+ was observed by the Bi3+ doping. However, the co-doping of Dy3+ results in the decreasing of ultraviolet persistent duration from Bi3+. This phosphor may have potential applications in photo-catalysis systems and other various display fields. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
