摘要
In-line spectroscopy in microchannels can be accomplished using a specially developed analytical module. By means of the micro electrical discharge machining technique (mu LEDM technique), the respective channel forms are first cut into metal substrates and then covered by transparent disks on both sides. IR spectroscopic irradiation of the partially transparent microchannels takes place in an IR microscope and yields any number of data along and across a reaction channel depending on the focus of the measurement IR beam.
