摘要
A fuzzy neural network for angular error compensation is presented in this paper. Fuzzy operations are performed to analyze different kinds of angular errors. A calculating model of learning algorithm is established for a set of membership and fuzzy rules. The expressions of polynomial and neural network are used to approximate angular error, and the variance error caused by using fuzzy neural network is smaller.
