On Organization Leadership Chain

Effective leadership is one of the most important key factors for an organization to develop, to reform and to regenerate. Leadership is often a shortage of resources. It is precisely because of this shortage, many organizations find them difficult to adjust to the time of global competition. This paper deals with the problem of organization leadership from a completely new perspective of individual leadership, group leadership, especially leadership chain, aims to enhance the leadership of leaders at different levels and establish a harmonious organization leadership chain.
