摘要
The purpose of this paper isto identifying the actual reality of the administrative performance of the members of the boards of directors of sports clubs participating in the Iraqi Premier League in football through the application of the administrative performance measure, as the researchers worked on using the descriptive approach in the survey method to suit it with the nature and problem of the research, and the research community was chosen in a deliberate way represented by the sports club councils The administrative performance measure was applied to extract the data that depends on the actual reality diagnosis on the sample. The researchers reached a set of conclusions, where there was a significant degree in favor of the arithmetic mean in the field of public relations and media, and another insignificant degree in favor of the hypothetical mean over the arithmetic mean represented in several areas of this research such as leadership and decision-making, organization, control and evaluation, time management, and aspect management Financial, which indicates an administrative level and reality that does not rise to what should be in such clubs that represent and advance the best in the field of football and a mainstay for national teams. The relevant authorities will continue to provide financial and moral support to achieve the goals that were planned, which is reflected in the sport of achievement.
