摘要
Dynamism and multidimensionality of knowledge as an enterprise strategic resource is associated with its transformations both between individuals and groups of an enterprise and its environment. These transformations relate to the conversion of knowledge, i.e. the process of multidirectional exchange, which involves tacit/hidden and explicit/available knowledge as well as overall organizational transfer of knowledge. The above mentioned transformations and their effectiveness condition transformation of knowledge resources into intellectual capital, whose management is based on identification, measurement, use and development. The problem of conversion and knowledge transfer combines the issues of knowledge management (KM) and intellectual capital management (ICM). Therefore, it can be assumed that the streams of transformations within the framework of knowledge-based intellectual capital combine the dimensions of intellectual capital and their management with particular elements of knowledge management. The purpose of the epistemological article is to present the problem of knowledge transfer in enterprise intellectual capital management. The study consists of considerations on: integration of intellectual capital management and knowledge management, transformations and transfer of knowledge and their relationships with intellectual capital; as well as presentation of a knowledge transfer grid in enterprise intellectual capital management. The argument is summarized in a list of management dilemmas regarding knowledge transfer in an enterprise.
