Discrete-time queueing systems and their application to analysis of optical-fiber communication networks

摘要
A double-bus optical-fiber communication system is studied. The request and transmission buses are modeled by a priority and cyclic queueing system, respectively. Their probabilistic-time characteristics are determined. Theoretical results are compared with imitation modeling data.
