摘要
In this paper, TiAl-Incone1625 graded alloying layers were fabricated at 1173 K by means of double glow plasma surface alloying technique (DGPSA). The effects of the TiAl-Incone1625 graded alloying layers on the oxidation resistance of TiAl intermetallic compound were investigated at 1223 K in a static air environment. The bare TiAl exhibited poor oxidation resistance at 1223K due to the formation of TiO2-base scale which tends to spall off. However, The TiAl-Incone-1625 (NiCrMoNb) graded alloying layer obviously improved the oxidation resistance of TiAl because of the formation of a dense and adherent Al2O3-rich scale. An inter-diffusion between scale and substrate was observed. Ni, Cr, Mo, Nb enriched along the scale-substrate (S-S) interface, which led a great change of the interface chemistry.
