Optimization ethanol detection performance manifested by SnS/SnS2 nanoparticles

摘要
The SnS/SnS2 nanoparticles had been successfully prepared by one-step hydrothermal treatment for improving the gas sensing performance of SnS nanoparticles. The crystal structure, elemental composition and morphology of all samples were characterized by XRD, XPS and SEM. Compared with pure SnS nanoparticles, the response of SnS/SnS2 nanoparticles to 100 ppm ethanol is 30.12 at 200 degrees C, which is 1.64 times higher than that of SnS samples. The main mechanism for the enhanced performance of the SnS/SnS2 sensor were the formation of heterojunction and highly dispersion of these nanoparticles. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
