摘要
The purpose of this article is to reflect on the study of Information and Communication Technologies in Knowledge Management. The research is located in the phenomenological epistemological approach, following the ethnographic qualitative method. A total of three people were taken as key informants: one student and two university teachers. The information obtained from the interviews and observation was transcribed and organized and later, in a process of immersion, it was possible to evidence the emerging categories that give rise to the findings. Subsequently, the triangulation by categories was carried out according to the information provided. Finally, a theoretical construct was based on the development achieved by the advances in information and communication technology, which has had a significant impact on higher education.
